Brush kit

This kit does not fit my vacuum. I need to return it. Where to send it?

My little “Cosette”cleans like new.

The brush/filter combo replacement works well. We do notice the new brushes are a little noisy than the old worn out ones, but she is cleaning like a new vac. We have had our d7 Cosette about 3 years or so, and our d3 Fifi a couple of years more. All of the d7 features sound great, but the truth is, in spite of help from Neato techs, we have been unable to make those features work consistently. However just starting her up manually is trouble free and does the job. We start her up nightly as we head to bed and enjoy walking barefoot on clean carpet and hardwood floors each morning. I empty her bin each morning. Our granddaughters commented on how clean our house always looks. No effort! Changes my life..no fretting about having guests. Better than having a maid!

Love my Neato D7!

I've had my Neato D7 for nearly 4 years! It performs as well today as it did 3 plus years ago. I probably do more maintenance than the average person. Every other time its used I thoroughly clean the brush roller, sensor, wheels and I clean the exterior with a papertowel and glass cleaner. The dust bin is cleaned after every use. This robot has never failed me! Two years ago we got Neato D7's for two of our family members and they love them! My niece says that every time she hears the start chime it brings a smile to her face!

Keeping "Broomhilda" Happy

I didn't realize how much I would love my Neato robotic vacuum. It certainly makes life easier. It also surprises me how much dirt, lint, hair and other debris it collects on a weekly basis from a home with only two people. We live in a rural area, and apparently, track a lot of the outside into our home. To keep "Broomhilda" operating smoothly, I regularly purchase the Neato Replacement Kit. I especially appreciate that it comes with two filters. Thanks Neato for great products!
