Works in the dark!

We have two Cavalier King Charles and they leave a lot of hair around the house. We had another brand robot vacuum and it would not operate in the dark and we changed to the Neato because it would and is generally reliable. Every once in a while it gets itself stuck or loses its way but not as much as the other brand. Cleaning the brush (per version) has to be done every couple of days or it gets clogged with hair..

Best Neato So Far

I have owned many Neato vacuums over the years. The D10 is by far the best as far as dirt pickup. All the other Neato vacuums had dirt and dust in the machine when I removed the dust bin, but not the D10. It also has a much better suction than the rest.

Good with one issue.

I love that the vacuum is d shaped so it does get in the corners but I have had an issue with the side brush not always working, in fact it didn’t work right out of the box for the first week of having. I took the brush off and checked it and it didn’t have any hair around it but once I put it back on it started to work. I don’t know if I like the app because I feel like the one for the older vacuum was easier. I could set no go lines around objects even though the vacuum base was close by and this new vacuum and app will only allow me to set no go lines of the base is at least 5ft away which isn’t always convenient when you don’t have many options for plugging in the base. Overall the vacuum works great, just hope the side brush doesn’t stop again.

Ultra Performance Filters

I just received the Ultra Performance Filters and after the floor was cleaned I went to clean the filter and with its screen pre-filter it was so easy to clean, the paper filter was still clean and white! Thank you for a wonderful product.
